Renew your coverage agreements and access claims information anytime!
The LMCIT Member Center allows members and their insurance agents to:
- Renew coverage agreements online.
- Make mid-term scheduling changes for autos, property, and mobile equipment.
- View and export property/casualty and workers’ compensation claims information.
- View and export property/casualty and workers’ compensation loss runs.
- Compare property/casualty losses to cities of similar size.
- Submit claims.
Log in to the LMCIT Member Center
Once in the LMCIT Member Center:
- Within the box titled LMCIT Member Center, select Log In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Once you’ve entered the site, toward the upper left-hand corner of the home page, select either Property & Casualty or Workers’ Compensation.
Note: If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password. If you’re registered with the site, you’ll receive a link to create a new password. Access to the LMCIT Member Center is dependent on individual security levels, ensuring your city’s data is safe. See below for more information on each access level.
Access levels for the LMCIT Member Center
Member renewal access
Individuals who have been designated to only renew coverage on behalf of their city can only renew coverage agreements. These individuals will receive instructions on how to access the LMCIT Member Center when their city’s coverage is ready for renewal, usually about 120 days prior to expiring coverage.
Member full access
The top appointed official for each member city (administrator, manager, or clerk), already has full access to the LMCIT Member Center. These individuals were previously emailed instructions on how to access the LMCIT Member Center and how to grant access to other individuals in the city. To recover your login information:
- Go to the LMCIT Member Center login page, select Log In from within the LMCIT Member Center box, enter your email address, and select Forgot Password. If you’re registered with the site, you’ll receive a link to create a new password.

Insurance agents
Designated insurance agents already have full access to the LMCIT Member Center, although access to coverage renewals is restricted until the renewal is ready, usually about 120 days prior to expiring coverage. An email will be sent when it’s ready to go. Agents were previously emailed instructions on how to access the LMCIT Member Center. To recover your login information:
